Step 1: Position Your MoonHug™ Pillow
Place the contoured cut-out around your shoulder so your arm fits naturally underneath the pillow. This helps reduce pressure on your shoulder while keeping your head and neck comfortably supported.
Step 2: Find Your Perfect Position
Sleep with your head resting comfortably on the pillow while allowing the shoulder cut-out to cradle your upper body. Simply rotate the pillow depending on whether you sleep on your left or right side for ergonomic support all night.
Step 3: Adjust Your Comfort
If the pillow feels too high, remove some filling. If it feels too low or you need extra support, simply add more filling until you find the perfect height for your sleeping position.
