Like most high-quality memory foam pillows, the Brightr® Luna™ may have a slight "new foam" scent when first unpacked. This is completely normal, temporary, and harmless, resulting from the manufacturing and vacuum-sealing process.
We recommend removing the pillow from its packaging and allowing it to fully expand and air out in a well-ventilated room for 24–48 hours before use. Any initial scent will naturally fade over the following days.
